Certified Timeshare Supervisor

Congratulations to our current Certified Timeshare Supervisors!

AIF's Certified Timesahre Supervisor (CTS) program has just been revitalized into a two-part program.

The first part was created in conjunction with the American Hotel & Lodging Association, AIF’s Certified Timeshare Supervisor (CTS) program offers essential information in a series of nine workbooks, each addressing a different topic relating to the role of a supervisor. Supervisors learn how to most effectively perform their managerial responsibilities with this case study approach. Ideal for either self-study or group training, the program concludes with a 125-question test to earn the CTS designation. This tool is utilized by managers and human resource departments to assist with internal staff development as well as individuals looking to sharpen and hone their leadership abilities.

The second part ties in timeshare industry education in an easy E-Learning Timeshare 101 course. This course was designed to give users a brief overview of different aspects in the industry including history, feasibility, financials, development, marketing, sales, exchanges, operations, and fractionals. There are questions throughout the course to keep you engaged and the information fresh in your mind!

After successfully completing the program you will be a Certified Timeshare Supervisor awarded with a certificate, pin, and acknowledged on the ARDA website as well as in Developments magazine!
