Mississippi Joins ARELLO Timeshare Registry

Issue Brief

The Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO) announced today that the Mississippi Real Estate Commission will begin processing timeshare and exchange company filings through the ARELLO Timeshare Registry (ATR), effective immediately.

Mississippi joins 17 other states that already participate in the ATR as an efficient means to review and store timeshare and exchange company registrations via the internet.  Developers or attorneys who wish to learn more how to use the ATR to speed up their timeshare filings can check the ATR Website for more details and a list of states that currently participate.

Position/Call to Action

ARELLO and ARDA thank Real Estate Commission Administrator Robert Praytor for his willingness and efforts in working with ARELLO's technical staff to set-up the ATR in Mississippi.
