ARDA’s Core Membership is Corporate Based.
The company is the official member of the association. All individual industry professionals employed by the corporate member may access our membership benefits including member discounts on meeting registrations, orders for publications and research, via our informative website. Company representatives are essentially member delegates. Corporate membership remains key for both resort development and the many quality vendors and service providers who partner together as recognized leaders in the delivery of world-class vacation experiences for consumer owners, exchangers, guests and renters. Currently, our members make up a unique and friendly community of almost 750 companies.

ARDA Corporate Membership Categories
The appropriate membership category is determined by how the company interacts as a participant within the larger ARDA Community. Resort development organizations, vacation clubs, resale companies, resort property exchange and reciprocal use organizations join as Core Class 1 – 12 members with membership dues based upon revenues for the previous calendar year. Membership dues start at just $5000 annually and increase on a sliding scale. A separate series of L-Class 1 – 4 members was recently created for our fractional resorts and private residence clubs (PRC). Reduced pricing for Active members having neither offices in, nor marketing to, North America is offered for a flat $975 (Class I - International). North America is defined as Canada, the Caribbean region, Mexico, and the United States.
Well-known and established vendors and hospitality suppliers like American Express, American Hotel Register, Sealy, Wells-Fargo, and Whirlpool Corporation join our association as Associate Class members with annual dues of just $1950. Rounding out the membership options are three special Affiliate Classes created for the inclusion of industry homeowners associations (Class S), public entities like universities and colleges (Class P), and Licensed Real Estate Brokers (Class B).
Special VIP membership categories enjoy expanded industry recognition, special events, and additional benefits. Trustee and Chairman’s League company members are part of an ever-expanding list of premier organizations that recognize the value of a strong association of professional colleagues.
