Ambassador Program

The Ambassador Program is made up of volunteers who help ARDA staff during Convention with educational sessions, registration and other related events such as the AIF Golf Tournament. In exchange for the time volunteered, ambassadors get to know both industry specifics and professionals and based on the number of hours volunteered, ambassadors can earn a complimentary registration!

Please read below for specific information that pertains to eligibility to participate in the program:

  • Priority placement will be given to students enrolled with our University partners. If after all students have been accommodated, there are still spots available, they will be filled based on a first come first serve basis.
  • If you have served in the ambassador program for the past two years, you must take one year off before serving as an ambassador again.
  • If you serve on an ARDA committee, you are not eligible to be an ambassador.
  • If you are in a management role within your company, you are not eligible to be an ambassador.
  • Complimentary days are non-transferable.

If you are interested in volunteering for the convention, please complete the Ambassador Participation Form or download the form here; applications due by March 4
