ARDA has contracted for overflow hotel space at the Crowne Plaza Hollywood Beach, located just 2 blocks from the Westin Diplomat. Shuttle service will be provided between the hotels. Reservations at the Crowne Plaza will be available beginning Monday, February 11th until the block is sold out. To obtain the discount room rate of $199 per night, mention that ARDA or American Resort Development Association block when making your reservation. ARDA will honor the $250 registration discount for anyone staying at the overflow hotel. Due to this, the early bird registration deadline has been extended until Monday, February 11.

Airport Information
Hollywood, Florida is located betweetn Miami and Fort Lauderdale on Florida's eastern coast.
The closest airport, less than 20 minutes from the host hotel, is the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). Additionally, Hollywood is about 40 minutes from the Miami International Airport (MIA), an hour from the Palm Beach International Airport (PBI), and approximately four hours from the Orlando International Airport (MCO).
