Legislative Policy Council
The ever-changing landscape of both the timeshare industry and the legislative and regulatory arena led ARDA to form the Legislative Policy Council (LPC). The LPC is a singular body that addresses issues that often reach across state borders and span the gap between state and federal jurisdictions.
As ARDA continues to engage in statehouses across the country and in Washington, D.C., the LPC partners with ARDA to help understand and set member priorities and direct resources toward the best possible outcomes for policies that impact the industry’s interests.
