ARDA brings together many different audiences from the timeshare industry at various events throughout the year. Becoming an event sponsor gives you a platform to showcase your company’s products and services to key industry decision makers and provides important business opportunities.
Sponsorship Benefits
Each ARDA event has multiple sponsorship levels, with top sponsorships including logo recognition, and smaller sponsorships including name recognition.
All sponsors receive an electronic attendee list in advance of and after an event. ARDA highly encourages the use of the attendee list – which is for sponsor use only – for private messaging to key prospects rather than to mass marketing to all attendees.

ARDA Events Calendar
The Winter ARDA-WIN Meeting is the kick-off event for the ARDA-WIN program, which aims to advocate, educate, and connect members by fostering personal and professional growth through a core focus on education and networking.

The ARDA Spring Conference is our largest event of the year, bringing industry professionals together for three days of education, networking and professional development. From the large general session stage to luncheons and breakout sessions, to receptions and parties, this is the premier event for the innovators, disruptors, and influencers of the industry to gather.

ROC/TBMA Spring Conference is a two-day educational session focused on essential topics for HOA board members and resources for independent timeshare resorts.

- Two sponsorship levels, ranging from $3,500 to $5,000

ARDAventure is our exclusive annual VIP member retreat that connects, inspires and informs ARDA Trustee and Chairman’s League Members in a truly unique luxury destination each year. This event is a highly curated experience complete with excursions, innovative sessions and culinary delights.

The ARDA Leadership & Policy Forum: On the Hill addresses the political and economic topics impacting industry, providing attendees with access to the public officials impacting legislation with two days of programming focused on leadership and policy updates. In 2025, meeting attendees will visit Capitol Hill to meet with policymakers in-person.
