Understanding Corporate & VIP Memberships

VIP membership includes Chairman’s League Members and Trustee Members. VIP membership is reserved for individuals who already have a corporate membership. Renewing your VIP membership ensures continued access to your VIP Benefits.

Corporate Memberships
ARDA’s corporate membership offers four categories of membership based on company type.
Corporate membership for organizations that sell timeshare or receive revenues from industry-related sales,
marketing, rentals, leases, or commissions. Dues are based on gross annual revenues in U.S. dollars.

Corporate membership for professional partners, suppliers, vendors and industry services.

VIP Memberships
VIP members enjoy access to key business leaders and decision makers, exclusive events, networking opportunities and more.
*To be eligible for an individual VIP Membership, your company must be an active corporate member of ARDA. If the VIP Member is not able to attend an event, they can transfer the complimentary registration to another colleague.

ARDA annual membership starts January 1st and extends through December 31st.
New membership dues are billed for 12 months (yearly). The following year, dues are pro-rated to ARDA’s next fiscal year billing cycle. For example, if a member joins on May 1st, they pay dues for a full calendar year. The next invoice is prorated for the 8 months remaining in the adjusted fiscal year calendar of the original start date (May) through the end of December.
ARDA offers corporate membership and VIP individual membership. Please reference the membership dues structure and VIP program above.
ARDA suggests reviewing corporate membership annually — confirming accuracy of your category, level, industry type and annual dues. We also encourage all members to notify ARDA of relevant business updates prior to invoicing.
Each corporate membership is assigned a business category – Core, Associate, Property Management or Affiliate – which also includes industry type and annual dues. Member dues in the Core category and Property Management are based upon yearly industry-related revenue volume or the total number of keys/units managed.
If your yearly industry related sales places you in multiple business categories, you must choose the higher dues payment.
